For International Returns / Cancellations and Refunds
We accept any unreturned merchandise within 10 days from the shipping date for a full refund. We do not refund return shipping charges and return shipping costs are handled by the customer. If you are returning an item please send us an email at support@shiftingzone.com letting us know you are returning an item and we will reply to you within 24 hours of receipt of the email with the proper return shipping address Will email back. Please ship the item securely wrapped, as we cannot return items damaged due to poor packaging. Please also note that we cannot refund items lost in transit.
Your return will be processed within 7 – 10 working days of receiving the return package. Please allow 7 – 10 days for the refund credit to reflect in your account. Please note that the customer is responsible for all duties or taxes. If you return an item or refuse an item and we are charged tax, that duty or tax amount will be deducted from your order before we credit the amount to your account. Please note that any transaction fees required by each individual payment gateway for refund shall be the responsibility of the Customer.
For Domestic (India) Returns/Cancellations and Refunds
We accept any unreturned merchandise within 10 days from the shipping date for a full refund. We do not offer free return shipping for all Domestic (India) orders. If you would like to return an item, please email us with your full name and order confirmation number at support@shiftingzone.com with the subject line “Return” and we will email you a return shipping label. If you made multiple purchases in the same order, please specify which items you would like to return.
Once you have received the return shipping label, please locate the nearest courier service and drop your return package at our address. Please allow 17 – 25 business days for transit time. Once we have received the returned merchandise, we will send you a confirmation email. Please allow 7 – 10 days for the refund credit to reflect in your account. Please note that any transaction fees required by each individual payment gateway for refund shall be the responsibility of the Customer.
